REPORT ON INDUSTRY ACADEMIA INTERFACE 2016-17

Objectives:

1. To help the students in developing the skills required for starting a new business and successfully operating the same.
2. To motivate the students to think for entrepreneurship as an option for career.
3. To provide a platform to the entrepreneurs and industrialists to interact with the students and know about the expectations of the students from the industry.
4. To know about the requirements of the industry in order to make the students ready for the future.

Date: The programme was organized on 24/03/2017 & 25/03/2017 as a two day event.

The interface, first of its kind, which was organized for two days at the institute for the students of all the faculties at K.K.Wagh Agriculture and Allied Colleges, Nashik  has proved to be a successful event with students enriching their knowledge about entrepreneurship in the agricultural sector. Also, the esteemed speakers invited for the event expressed satisfaction about the interaction as these kinds of events in agricultural institutes are not organized on larger platform at graduation level. The professionals have expressed their willingness in being a part of such events on a continuous basis.
